I've seen several scary little girls on here and suddenly I had my idea for one of my own. Kind of a manga/EC fusion with a touch of Charles Addams (and a pinch of J-horror). It's supposed to be funny in a sick sorta way :) I think it'd make a GREAT Hallowe'en Card (HINT HINT).

Original penciled and inked on bleedproof paper. Corrections and coloring in Photoshop. Kept to a limited palette for a further weird effect.

You are right, that's not the first one I see, but I always like them (when well made, like your).
I like the fusion of manga and classical horror comics!
In a comic story, the reader will always wonder if she just had a good makeup or if she is for real! =)
